Stock 3/8 diameter pushrods are insufficient beyond stock applications due to their 11.5-inch length. OEM pushrods can’t handle excess stress on the valve train, leading to reduced performance.

Choose from our 3/8 and 7/16 diameter 3-piece pushrods, crafted from 4130/4135 seamless Chromoly tubing with various heat treatments. Each features billet steel tip ends CNC machined from 86L20 bar stock, offering superior impact and wear resistance. These enhancements extend pushrod life and improve overall valve train performance.

We engineer pushrods to fit the largest diameter possible without binding with the cylinder head port. Upgrading from 3/8 to 7/16 diameter tubing doubles loading capacity, ideal for Cummins engines. Opt for our Series 5 pushrods in competition engines, boasting 105,000 p.s.i. tensile strength over Series 3, ensuring precise valve timing and surge resistance.

Trusted in top-tier motorsports, our Series 5 pushrods are known for unmatched durability and performance. For engines needing custom lengths, our pushrod length checking tools ensure proper fit, maintaining stock rocker geometry. Correct pushrod length prevents issues like altered rocker arm ratios affecting valve lift.

Pushrods play a crucial role in the valve train’s performance and longevity.

For assistance, call (951)245-6565.

If using aftermarket tappets, let us know for hybrid Cummins pushrods.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0789/1953/2743/files/D-304-HYD-24V-1-scaled_ead116e8-103e-4152-8141-39361246cf22.webp?v=1790952176
