Manton Gen 3 Hemi Rocker Arm Shaft
With valve train stability being our main concern, we manufacture all of our shafts to be very stiff. These Stiff Shafts help Support the cylinder head like a Girdle. Our choice of material is .250 wall thickness 4130 Chromoly steel. Each heat-treated shaft is prepared in a four-axis milling center, then center less ground undersize, finish ground to size and Nitrided. This leaves a hard surface with low friction, providing excellent wear protection in any application, including use in your daily driven street Hemi or 2000+ HP Race Car. All of our shafts use a threaded plug to seal each end. This eliminates any chance of an oil leak from worn or poor fitting O-rings. Note: 4 Shafts Required Per Engine
