• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
• Merchandise returned due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors will be corrected at no charge.
• All custom-made orders are NOT RETURNABLE.
• All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• No credit is provided for original freight or return freight.
• All return requests must be initiated using our RMA form.
