2003-10 6.0L / 6.4L Ford Powerstroke -Series 2 -11/32 X .120 Wall One Piece Pushrod
Stock pushrods are nearly 10 inches long, suitable only for stock vehicles. Exceeding stress limits can compromise performance.
We offer 11/32 heavy-wall pushrods to increase the pushrod's rigidity, improving the engine's capacity to perform properly under high loads.
The pushrod bearing surfaces are CNC-turned and hardened. This extends pushrod life and improves valve train performance over a forged or black-oxidized ball.
In extreme performance applications, we also offer larger diameter pushrods. Upgrading to 3/8 diameter spreads load without binding.
Also consider upgrading to our Series 5 pushrods for competition engines. They offer 105,000 p.s.i. tensile strength over Series 2 or 3, improving valve timing accuracy.

Note of interest: Ford has decided to supersede the original 6.0 pushrod length of 9.850 and is now going to supplying only one length of 9.795 for both the 6.0 & 6.4 engines.
