Manufactured with rolled threads and Allen wrench-compatible broached ends. Custom screws available on request with optional oil holes or oil grooves. Designed for 24-valve Cummins engines using part number D-837 for stock rocker arms. Ensure proper installation aligning the ball 2 to 3 threads from the rocker body bottom. Pre-lubricate with high zinc content assembly oil to prevent initial galling. Avoid using anti-seize on pushrod tips and adjusting screws due to potential abrasive effects. Pair with our lightweight 12-point poly lock jam nuts for secure fitment. Recommended pairing with D-851 jam nut for optimal performance.
