2001-Present 6.6L GM Duramax Rocker Arm Shaft

We addressed lifter and camshaft issues by improving our Duramax rocker arm shafts. They feature a new radial oil transfer passage, ensuring continuous oiling to roller lifters via the adjusting screw and pushrod. This design prevents oil cutoff during valve opening, reducing bushing heat discoloration and oil contamination.

Our shafts use threaded plugs to seal ends, preventing oil pressure loss. They’re made from .250′ wall thickness 4130 chromoly steel, CNC machined for stiffness and support. Pre-heat-treated, hard chromed, and ground for durability in daily-driven Duramax engines.
