From 2001 to 2016, our Extreme Duty Billet Valve Bridges for 6.6L GM Duramax engines are designed for high stress applications. OEM bridges were not equipped for today’s performance demands, leading to issues with rockers and pushrods. We’ve introduced extreme-duty valve bridges to handle unprecedented stress levels.

We prioritize strength, performance, and longevity in our engineering. Our valve bridges are CNC machined from premium hot-working tool steel bar stock. Each bridge undergoes meticulous hand inspection before core hardening in heat-treating. Post-treatment, bridges are surface ground to remove tool marks, ensuring optimal rocker arm contact. Nitriding follows to create a durable, friction-reducing surface.

Our process combines advanced materials, precision machining, and heat treatment for cost-effective friction reduction and extended service life. Correct pushrod length maintains stock rocker geometry, crucial for rocker arm performance. For engines requiring custom pushrods, we offer tools to replicate OEM specifications across all diesel engines.
