SALES POLICY
PRICES: Our prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in material and labor costs.
TERMS:
- All orders are C.O.D., prepaid, or credit card unless prior arrangements are made.
- Accounts responsible for returned checks will be placed on C.O.D, accepting money orders or cashier’s checks only, and will incur a $30.00 returned check fee.
- Business open accounts with unpaid balances over 90 days will be placed on C.O.D.
SHIPPING: Orders may be shipped via UPS Ground, UPS Air, or FedEx Air only.
INSPECTION BY CUSTOMERS: Customers must inspect materials immediately upon receipt from Manton Pushrods/Manton Racing Products within 5 working days of delivery. Any alleged damage, shortage, deficit, or other issues must be reported within this time frame. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the materials and a waiver of all claims.
RETURN POLICY:
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
- Merchandise returned due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors will be corrected at no charge.
- All custom-made orders are NOT RETURNABLE.
- All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- No credit is provided for original freight or return freight.
- All return requests must be initiated using our RMA form.
WARRANTY:
- Due to the intended usage of our products, they are sold WITHOUT WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE.
- Manton Pushrods/Manton Racing Products shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, loss of other property or equipment, cost of purchase or replacement of goods, or claims by customers of the purchaser arising from the sale, installation, or use of these parts.
- Installation of parts intended for “off-highway” use could adversely affect the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty coverage.
- Manton Pushrods/Manton Racing Products reserves the right to make changes in design, specifications, materials, or product changes without incurring liability or obligation regarding similar products previously manufactured.
- Any technical advice offered or given in connection with the use of our products is provided as an accommodation to the buyer, free of charge. Seller shall have no responsibilities or liabilities for the content or use of such advice.
