Upgrade your 24v Cummins Pushrods for improved strength and stability in the valve train system. Stock 3/8 diameter pushrods, nearly 11.5 inches long, lack sufficient strength beyond stock use. OEM pushrods can’t handle increased stress from the valve train’s additional load.

We offer 3/8 and 7/16 diameter 3-piece pushrods crafted from 4130/4135 seamless Chromoly tubing. Featuring billet steel tip ends CNC machined from 86L20 bar stock, they provide enhanced impact and wear resistance. These materials and treatments extend pushrod service life and boost overall valve train performance.

Our engineering versatility ensures we enhance your engine’s specific needs with optimal pushrod design. Increasing tubing diameter from 3/8 to 7/16 spreads loads over a larger surface area, preventing binding with cylinder head ports. This larger diameter offers nearly twice the loading capacity before pushrod deflection, making 7/16 diameter ideal for all Cummins engines.

For competition engines, we recommend upgrading to our Series 5 pushrods. They offer 105,000 p.s.i. tensile strength above Series 3, ensuring precise valve timing and surge resistance. Trusted in top motorsports, Series 5 pushrods are the strongest chromoly pushrods available.
