We offer 3/8 and 7/16 diameter pushrods crafted from 4130/4135 seamless Chromoly tubing. Each features billet steel tip ends for added durability. Our pushrods undergo CNC machining from 86L20 bar stock, followed by core hardening and triple tempering to enhance impact and wear resistance. This manufacturing process extends pushrod lifespan and boosts overall valve train performance. We recommend upgrading to our Series 5 pushrods for competitive Power Stroke engines, offering 105,000 p.s.i. tensile strength over Series 3. Proven in various rigorous applications including top fuel, blown alcohol, and more. Additionally, we provide pushrod length checking tools with proper ball radius for custom engine configurations.
