Due to stock pushrods’ length and diameter, we find OEM strength inadequate beyond stock vehicles. When stress exceeds safe limits, OEM pushrods struggle with valve train loads.

We offer 3/8 and 7/16 diameter 3-piece pushrods for added strength and stability. Our pushrods use 4130/4135 seamless Chromoly tubing with various heat treatments and billet steel tips. CNC machined from 86L20 bar stock, core hardened, and triple tempered for durability. This enhances pushrod lifespan and valve train performance.

We engineer pushrods to maximize diameter within engine constraints, spreading load and preventing binding. 7/16 diameter pushrods are recommended for all Cummins engines for improved strength and longevity.
