Upgrade your 24v Cummins engine with stronger pushrods for enhanced performance and durability. Stock 3/8 diameter pushrods, nearly 11.5 inches long, lack sufficient strength beyond standard use. OEM pushrods can’t handle excessive stress from increased valve train loads. Choose from our 3/8 and 7/16 diameter 3-piece pushrods for improved column strength and stability.

Our pushrods feature 4130/4135 seamless Chromoly tubing with various heat treatments and billet steel tip ends. CNC machined from 86L20 bar stock, tips are core hardened and triple tempered for durability, enhancing overall valve train performance. Engineered to fit the largest diameter pushrod possible, we prevent binding with cylinder head ports by using 7/16 diameter tubing. This design doubles loading capacity before deflection, making it ideal for Cummins engines.

Upgrade to our Series 5 pushrods for competition engines, offering 105,000 p.s.i. additional tensile strength over Series 3. This ensures precise valve timing and reduces valve train surging. Proven in top fuel, sprint cars, and marine champions, Series 5 pushrods are the strongest chromoly option available.
