Stock pushrods are nearly 10 inches long, suitable only for stock vehicles. Exceeding stress limits can compromise performance.

We offer 11/32, 3/8, and 7/16 diameter pushrods for enhanced strength and stability. Crafted from 4130/4135 seamless Chromoly tubing with billet steel tips.

CNC machined 86L20 bar stock tips are core hardened for durability. This enhances pushrod lifespan and valve train performance.

We engineer pushrods to fit maximum diameter within space constraints. Upgrading to 3/8 diameter spreads load without binding.

Consider upgrading to our Series 5 pushrods for competition engines. They offer 105,000 p.s.i. tensile strength over Series 3, improving valve timing accuracy.

Note of interest: Ford has decided to supersede the original 6.0 pushrod length of 9.850 and is now going to supply only one length of 9.795 for both the 6.0 & 6.4 engines.
